- Please allow 2-3 working days of processing time after receipt of payment. We will mail out orders ASAP.

- No request for cancellation of orders/ refunds/ exchange once payment is made.

- We will not be responsible for any lost/ damaged items.

- We provide FREE postage.

- However, we do encourage you to opt for registered postage (additional $2.25) to prevent lost items.
